MoCo puts the shopper in control of mobile marketing

The mobile marketing industry has increasingly experienced pushback from dissatisfied consumers and marketers in response to SMS "spam".

Two years ago, MoCo co-founders Rob Davies and Robyn Cowie identified way to overcome this problem by building a permission-based / opt-in mobile marketing system that, for the first time, would put the consumer in control.

A permission-based approach solves the following mobile marketing problems:

discPotential negative brand association for the advertiser from unwanted messages
